Setup
This guide walks you through setting up SyncFast to automatically sync your Stripe payouts to QuickBooks.
Prerequisites
- A Stripe account
- A QuickBooks Online account
Step 1: Connect Stripe
- Sign up or log in to SyncFast
- Click Connect Stripe on your dashboard
- Authorize SyncFast to access your Stripe account
- Repeat for additional Stripe accounts if needed
Step 2: Connect QuickBooks
- Click Connect QuickBooks on your dashboard
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account
- Authorize SyncFast to access your books
Step 3: Configure Account Mapping
Tell SyncFast which QuickBooks accounts to use when booking your Stripe activity. You'll map transaction types like revenue, refunds, and processing fees to the appropriate accounts in your chart of accounts.

Step 4: Enable Syncing
- Review your configuration
- Toggle Enable Auto-Sync to on
- That's it—future payouts will be synced automatically
You'll receive notifications when payouts are synced successfully.
